My Best Friend's Girl was a very unique and different romantic comedy. I think this movie honestly applies to guys a lot more than girls. Although both genders will like this movie. It had a ton of cursing and nudity and sex related topics. The movie did have a ton of laughs and was very funny. I did enjoy myself for the most part. I thought the movie kind of was slow starting and then got better. After all that though the last ten minutes of the movie was kind of weird and a little Corny. This movie in a good way is like no other romantic comedy movies I have seen recently. It is nice to have a change of pace for once. The rating that it got helped it a lot. The acting was alright. Dane Cook gives in the performance he always does. It is the same acting in all of his other movies. Dane Cook and Kate Hudson steel the show in this movie. They take mostly all of the screen time. Kate Hudson was pretty good. She was different and very funny which was a surprise. Overall a very good comedy movie and a great way to finally mix it up a little bit. |
