Compared to the other Tyler Perry efforts this one lacked cohesion and the story line was dreadful. How many times are we going to have the damsel in distress saved by the handsome hunk. What is ob surd is how dark complexioned male (Blair Underwood, Steve Harris ...) always plays the morally reprehensible character while the light complexioned male (Shemar Moore,Boris Kodjoe and Rick Fox) represents the knight in shining armor for the damsel. The formula is getting tired |
