Usually, when the opening scene from a movie has you laughing so much you're almost in tears, you know it's gonna be a good movie. There were a few dry moments, but most of the time everyone in the audience was cracking up. The cameos were hilarious. Ben Stiller was amusing. Jack Black, whom I usually either love or hate in his roles, was good for a few laughs but overall nothing special. Tom Cruise let his freak flag fly, and I loved it. And then there was Robert Downey Jr, who was pure genius. But then again, he usually is.
Overall, one of the funniest movies of the summer. And definitely one I plan on seeing a few more times.
