The movie is very slow pace and sleepy for the first hour. If you can make it through that, then after the betrayal, that's where the climax hits for the rest of the movie. One suggestion is that Su Zhen should've be dead as well, which could fueled Fung's anger rather than just following Mark when Lulu died even though Fung did interested in her. It would have been a "C" graded movie, however, the music score is just magnificently marvelous. The music really leads the story rather than being a sidekick. Again, if you can make it through the first hour of the movie and enjoy soothing music score, then this is it. |
