Despite the nasty reviews about the lack of realism (see all F reviews), you really can't expect too much out of an action films. If you're capable to suspend yourself from reality and let the movie take you to a world where curving bullets CAN exist, then this movie will blow you away. (as it did for me)
Although the acting was not Oscar-worthy, it wasn't necessarily terrible. A lot of lines are things that can easily be quoted-- memorable to say the least!
Graphics, well. Absolutely amazing. Although many can perceive it to be too Matrix-like, I feel that the director was able to put his own spin on it and make it more unique.
Although I don't think I can call this the best action film of all time, it is still fantastic and completely worth watching. |
