*** SPOILER *** Bring small box of tissues, or a handkerchief.
Glad to see romance handled well at older age. No noise or games. I loved the emotional connection between (Amitabh Bachchan) Buddha and his neighbor Sexy.
Plenty of foreshadowing to know whole movie, but still only problem I have, and always will, as I am not Indian, is the culturial set in stone mentality. Why would her father freak out and ruin their lives like that?! A rich, educated man wants to marry your daughter - and she wants to marry him - no conflict. Wrong - well this sets movie into a looong boring pause for me.
Luckily (for me) I love the temple and wishing column, and all of London scenes. Buddha's mother is wonderful. The kitchen staff is very nice.
