What can I say? It was wonderful to see Richard Gere in a movie with a mature woman! I am a huge fan of both him and Nicholas Sparks so although I'm not big on romance movies I could not wait for this one to come out.
The story was okay. It was typical Nicholas Sparks fashion, which is always good, lots of twists and turns. Diane and Richard really acted well. The love scenes were HOT!!!!
The scenery around North Carolina was just gorgeous and they really captured the true feel of the outer banks.
I must say at times it did seem to drag on a bit to me, but the girls that were with me didn't seem to think so. I will definetly go see this one again and I will probably always smile to myself when I'm standing in line at the post office. Good Job to All involved in the creation of this flick! |
