This movie was cute. A little slow to start but it was funny. I think some people on here may have exaggerated quite a bit. It really wasn't political, sexual, or suicidal. I guess I fail to see where these people are coming from. Maybe they should watch Happy Feet if they want to talk about inappropriate. It's a cartoon people, it's supposed to be stupid. I guess I shouldn't have watched looney tunes as a kid. I could have blown someones head off! Parents this is why you teach your kids the difference between right and wrong. How is this movie any different from any other cartoon? Some people may have taken this movie a little too personally. Now as for the kids, I probably wouldn't recommend to someone with kids under the age of 7 or 8. Might be a little too much for the younger ones. I have a 4 year old myself and it'll probably be a few years before she watches this movie. But hey what do I know, maybe I should just go kill myself like this movie supposedly teaches and praises. How can you compare normal children to suicidal people who have serious mental issues. Let me make this clear, I do not praise suicide, I think it's horrible and wrong, but I also think whoever that person was took it a little too far. I seriously doubt a bunch of kids will go home and kill themselves after watching this movie. MOST kids know the difference between what is real and what is not. They know it's a cartoon, they know it's supposed to be funny. Some people just have no sense of humor. How do they survive? |
