Pete Seeger has always been a hero of mine. He is an extraordinary person and this film does him justice, which is not easy. In addition to learning more about his life, I appreciated seeing his family, his patriotism, his life-long love of music, and his devotion to peace and humanity. Pete's life is a living testimony to the power of song, and it was a pleasure to hear him sing (along with the endless array of children and adults he inspired in the moment and throughout their lives). Great film! My wife and I agree it was one of the best we've ever seen. |
