We've been together 9 and a half years. 5 years spent dating and 4.5 years of marriage. During that time we've certainly seen a lot of movies, however, we had never walked out of a theatre because of one. That changed this evening when we elected to see The Spirit. Trying to look at this philosophically, I should be glad that this is not the film we saw on our first date. Had it been, I'd have taken it as a bad omen and never asked my wife out again. |
