I had high hopes for this movie for quite a few reasons, the combined hotness of Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson, the writer Frank Miller, and the Sin City look.
However, I lost 103 mins of my life which I can never get back. The acting was poor, the visuals were at their best a low budget Sin City version. And the screenplay must have been written by Miller while he was on the can dealing with a major case of the "Bubble Guts" caused by a late night binge drinking and Taco Bell.
My advice is save the 103 mins of your life and avoid this movie, take the time and clean the cat box or pull out the pooper-scooper and clean up after your dog. |
