I have never written a review for a movie, but I felt compelled to do so after watching this. My dad had a very similar job to Liam's character, we lived in Europe and was always getting grilled by my dad before I visited any other country...the dialog had me laughing at first because some of it was word for word conversations my father and I had had. So I really related to this film...granted it had some outlandish parts, but that's what made it so kickass. But what was realistic was the determination and fierceness that was displayed in trying to rescue his daughter, it shows how far parents will go to keep their loved ones safe. There are parts that will have you laughing with satisfaction, gripping your armrest with suspense, and maybe even a few tears at the end. I almost cried just because I knew my dad would do the exact same things for me. :) Go see this movie! |
