This is not a "blow you away" kind of movie in the sense there are notlong dramatic speeches or things of the like, but there is so much to it that you probably wish it didn't end. Everything about this is great - but you can tell that the combination of script and actors (along with direction) is as close to perfect in this case. Everyone gives phenomenal performances - Ellen Page is sure to be an oscar winner one day, and this could possibly be her first nomination. But everyone else - I would say J.K Simmons especially are so good, you don't feel that they're "acting" in a sense. They're so well rounded, its astounding.
Two hours in the "Junoverse" will be time well spent. |
