Firstly I'd like to say that I've never read the books, but I'm a big fantasy fan in general...
I went in with low expectations, after reading the reviews about it.
But I was really surprised when it was over! This is one of those movies that rarely ever come. It is exciting, the acting was good, the story was awesome and I loved the whole twin thing!
I give this movie an A!
It probably would have gotten an A+ if they had done the following different:
1: released the movie in December (this was a winter movie, why release it in the fall?)
2: Take out that Temper Tantrum scene, it was kinda freaky.
3: Make it longer! Even another 10 minutes would have been good...
I hope this comes out on DVD soon! |
