What an abomination!

When I heard that there was going to be a live action remake of the original 1974 movie, I was thrilled. Growing up, the original Year without a Santa Claus was a holiday staple with my family. But after watching the remake, I am beyond disappointed. What a terrible, horrible movie. The acting was terrible and the musical numbers...well....I actually had to leave the room a few times out of embarrasment to the actors themselves. It actually made me uncomfortable to watch. And it was really creepy in some spots. I hope this movie gets buried somewhere and is never allowed to see the light of day again. |
