This turned out not to be exactly what I believed it was about so it very much exceeded my expectations. It is a very poignant film about five families passionate in their faith. Each family eventually discovers a gay component to their lives and this highlights their struggle to rationalize their beliefs with the reality of the situation. There are some very sad moments in the film along with a number of happy ones. The Bible is discussed and reviewed with all sides getting a chance to state their views. |
