Who knew the lead singer in the Clash had such an interesting life story? Friends and admirers sit around a campfire and share endearing stories that piece together the life of a complex musician and champion of human rights. His post Clash-music career is cut short by sudden heart failure. What a shame. His collaboration with the Mescaleros is some of his best. A moving portrait of a punk pioneer and so much more. |
