I must have seen the previews ten times and each time it still was funny. That says a lot to me! I absolutely LOVED this film. It reminded me of an update of the Andy Hardy/Mickey Rooney/Judy Garland films of the 1940's. It was so fun. You love the kids and root for them. One of the great things to me was although some adults were portrayed as clueless and without hearts, other adults saw the truth and had a heart. There is a lot of grey in the movie not all black and white/good or bad. All kids have their heros and these kids loved Rambo...I entered their world and it was fun to be 10 or 12 again for 2 hours. Go see it. No sex. No violence. Just the sheer joy of creation. FUN! |
