This movie is pretty damn bad. You honestly have no idea what's happening all the ways until the very end. Nothing is explained. There's a plot in there somewhere. This movie needs to cut to the chase and at least be two hours long, I feel like I just watched a bunch of short clips strung together.
I feel like it had a lot of potential, but not one bit of it was tapped. I wikipedia'd it to try to make sense of the movie, but no one has put up the plot for it (just came out today). What was insightful in the wikipedia article is the director's comment of what 20th century fox did to the movie (slaughter it).
A good summation of the movie by the director himself:

He described the film as "pure violence and stupidity" and that "parts of the movie are like a bad episode of 24."
