I just finished watching Hancock and I have to say that I am still trying to digest everything I just experienced. What a great film!
Not only is there witty writing and spot on comedic delivery by all actors, but all the characters develop nicely, the action is very well choreographed and played out without seeming too CGI, but the story is just perfect.
A lot of movies lately have had so-so storylines. Hancock delivers a story, makes it believable, explains just enough for everything to make sense without OVER explaining, there is a clear climax and a clear conclusion. Everything is wrapped up in a nice package, but is done in a way that is far from formulaic.
Some parts will have you laughing so hard tears will form in your eyes! The twist is perfect and well written.
In my humble opinion, this movie hit every mark and came in with flying colors. I can't wait to watch it again! |
