Run Fatboy Run was definately worth the admission price. It was funny, the acting was good and it overall was great. Dennis Doyle(Pegg) runs out on marrying his love Libby(Newton)when she is pregnant. 5 years later,Dennis gets to see his son but hates Libby's new "friend" Whit. Whit is Mr.Perfect and Dennis tries to win Libby back by trying complete a marathon to show he can finish something. Simon Pegg continues the laughs from Shaun of the Dead and Hott Fuzz. Of course since romance is involved it has a sappy part, but it has laughs through out the whole movie. Not a must see, but you'll be glad you did. |
