The storyline had a good premise, however the acting was just mediocre, and I kept finding myself wanting the film end so I could go home and find something to reverse the boredom this movie was inflicting upon me. I took my 12 year old son and his 14 year old friend and they seemed to enjoy it somewhat. I just could never get into it. The visual effects and scenery were ok, but it just disappointed me more as the movie progressed. The potential for a good movie was there, but the confusing, nonmagical plot and sub-standard acting left a lot to be desired. |
