Finally...an interesting and intelligent film. Great characters and plot. No boredom here...tension, action, character development,good story.The theater was filled when I went. Great murder mystery...a doctor has alway's been suspect in the brutal murder of his wife eight years prior, but the gendarms pry and plod without success to nail him down. When they think they have the goods on him...he takes off to prove his innocence al la "the fugitive".
Plot twists and turns, beautiful women, French street homies, a tough as nails female gangster... all presented for your enjoyment. Worth every penny. Even the popcorn tasted better. |
