I read this book a few years ago and I knew then that they would make a movie out of this fabulous story! In my mind (and the way the book described her) Hollie was more of a Naomi Watts figure so I was skeptical when I saw Hilary Swank playing her...lets face it she still reminds of a boy off that movie she was in! But she did an outstanding job as well as all the other cast. The scenery was beautiful as well! I went in skeptical but I was so amazed at how well they portrayed the characters and how closely they stuck to original book! They did a wonderful job and its worth owning a copy in your home~ |
