I just got back from seeing PENNY DREADFUL.
As a horror fan I have to tell you this movie does not disapoint one bit.
After "The Descent" I honestly did not think I would see another really good actual scray movie.
Penny, is a girl who is afraid of cars ever since she was in an accident with her parents and the accident took the lives of both of her parents. Now after the accident her therapist is having her confront her biggest fear getting in a car. The movie waste to time getting into the story and the story deftintley keeps you hooked.
Penny is doing just fine facing her fears until her therapist runs over a man in the street. Feeling guilty the thearpist offers him a ride to an empty campground they leave him behind, shortly after their car is sabotaged and they have a flat tire. The thearpist goes out to check it out not returning right away Penny is left all alone.
The Movie keeps you in suspsense and I had my leg shaking i mean litterallly shaking. You can deft feel penn'ys emotions as shes trappped in a car in the middle of nowehre at night facing her biggest fear yet. Penny now left alone has to fight her biggest fear which isn't easy when the guy they ran over is a crazy slasher killer.
It's deftintley a thriller u should all go see.
One more thing the camera work is amazing. I really felt as if i was there with her. |
