Remind me of my parents and me. The story are told in the soft and gentle message about life and how family values are embraced in between old and modern Asian way. Some people may not be getting the deeper message.
It's not only about norm, value, respect, or communication, but it's about understanding the meaning of shyness and how old Asian people will try hide their feeling to protect their children.
Basically, I enjoyed the movie and recommendation for those who want to learn to understand us; Chinese American Society. Enjoy it! |
