This is one of the most amazing movies I have ever watched. It brings out so beautifully the true meaning of life, love, and relationship. This is partly because it is based on an extremely inspiring book (which I also highly recommend), and partly because the direction, cinematography, and music are all amazing in this movie. The movie has beautiful imagry and music, that really touch your senses and heighten your emotions for a story that is already very emotional. This is one tragic story that actually lifts you up and makes you appreciate so much of how rich your life is. I am very happy that someone like Julian Schnabel had the courage and creativity to make such masterpiece from a truely amazing story. |
