This movie was supposed to be made.
Sure it's not what Mel Gibson brought to us with 'The Passion Of The Christ' but it's close enough. You can't have a white, blond hair, blue-eyed Jesus all the time.
Except for the 'Passion' Jesus. He was dark brown hair and brown eyed. Finally!
Now there's a dark skinned Jesus. Again, its about time. I'm black and proud of it. If you don't care what color Jesus was then I applaud you. If you do care and say that any colored person and women are scum well then you'll regret it. I applaud Mr. Lamarre for being so brave as to do something that should have been done years ago. This movie is here for such a time as this! We should embrace it for what it is and applaud all those who were involved. |
