Short and sweet review.
This movie doesn't try to re-invent the wheel but, it does introduce a new atmosphere to this genre. Enough of a change from the standard 'boy meets girl' framework to convince me to give it an A-. Thats right, it wasn't a type-o. I'm a dude, I always want an alien, monster or chainsaw and I really grit my teeth through most 'chick flicks' but this... this was refreashing. Not saying all guys will like or even tollerate this one ,but I, myself, like a really well written story. |
