I knew this would be scary from the minute I saw the trailer. This was the movie WHEN A STRANGER CALLS tried to be. In this movie though the intense part is about 2/3 of the movie instead of the last five minutes like WHEN A STRANGER CALLS. There were alot of scary and intense scenes and a whole lot of brutal violence (not much gore but alot of violence).
This movie doesn't run too long either it's 80 minutes and very easily could have been made into an hour long episode of MASTERS OF HORROR but then we wouldn't have the pleasure of sitting in a dark theater and getting scared from the big screen. There were also some funny parts but only before the scares start.
Overall, this is one of the better horror movies to come out in the past two years. Recommended.
