Smart cross-cultral comedy

Kudos for the first time director/co-writer. Very funny comedy with a lot of visual jokes. (have to see more than once to get some of the clues). Cleverly written and well designed plot line with out insulting the host country - India. It is definitely from the person (director/writers) who knows the both cultures (u.s. and India) really well. The main characters, Josh Hamilton & Ayesha Dharker, acting is spectacular especially their eye expressions. There are a few adult theme based jokes and lines so I wouldn't show some sections to 12 year old child but most of other scenes are very wholesome. Enjoyed it very much.. |
