I took a class of 20 six and seven year olds to see this movie. We all agreed that the movie writers strayed from the original a lot. The basic story could be found but Dr. Seuss' original characters' personalities and some plot lines changed from the book to the screen. Nevertheless, there were a lot of laughs, the colors and visuals were dynamic. Just a hint, some children found the Black Bottom Bird a little scary...All in all a must see for families!! |
