I read Steven Hunter's Point of Impact several times. It was the inspiration for doing a documentary for Discovery on Sniper School (US Army.)
Loved the movie version because I didn't try to make comparisons. Both stand well on their own.
The subtext of the movie is quite deep and the action makes it a great package.
A great ride. |
