A Breath of Fresh Air...A fair, honest review.

In this day and age where all the action period films are laced with needless sex, grotesque over the top violence and some language...it is a breath of fresh air to see that someone has the fortitude to provide people with a BIG epic that they can take their children to.
Now, don't get me wrong I am a big fan of some recent period movies that have bloody violence and the like. Most parents or people that matter want to see another 300 or Beowulf, which are great movies in their own right.
10,000 BC, is a great ride that takes you through a sweeping landscape of honor, pride and standing up for one's self and each other. The movies message is a good one.
Now, most people on this site that are giving it a very negitive review went into it expecting blood, guts and sex and were disappointed and are now giving it a bad review...but don't listen to them. I hope that the American movie going population hasn't been tarnished by the ultra violent/sex packed movies to not appreciate this movie...go see it...enjoy it for what it is worth.
