A good horror Sequel???

After watching a few recent horror sequels that were terrible (hills have eyes 2,etc.) I was expecting the same for this. I loved the first one but these types of movies usually go south with sequels. Fortunately this did not happen. I wasn’t impressed when I read the plot about an overplayed idea of a survivor type reality TV show, but to my surprise I cannot complain of the finished product because they made it work. Violence and gore is plentiful and we also get the obligatory horror movie nudity, and a pair of deformed inbreeds getting it on, which is always fun to see. We also get a brief explanation of what and who these cannibals really are and why they are what they are. This movie follows the same pattern as the first, so if you like part one you will probably like this too, it is just as entertaining. |
