Although I'm getting a little tired of horror movies about mutant cannibals, this one was excellant. There's enough killing and gore for 3 movies. There's LITERALLY barrels of gore (just watch and you'll see...) The writer and director were smart to not take their movie too seriously; they purposely make jackasses out of almost every single character, which makes this campy and hilarious. No, it won't scare the hell out of you, but it will satisfy your thirst for blood and keep you entertained from start to finish as long as you're not expecting a high-budget, intelligent scare-a-thon. 5 stars out of 5 |
