"The Nativity Story" recounts the two years leading up to and including the birth of Jesus Christ. This is one of the best movies I have ever seen - certainly the best movie of 2006. It is a moving and powerful experience. Keisha Castle-Hughes and Oscar Isaac are outstanding as Mary and Joseph. The location photography in Italy and Morocco is beautiful.
Oh, and contrary to what has been written elsewhere, "The Nativity Story" is neither "boring" nor "lifeless". |
