Like many others, I have become skeptical of critic's choices when it comes to movies. I don't question their taste for cinematic aesthetics but I believe I have a solid understanding of what a good movie is.
Having said that, this movie could have been the best movie I have seen in a while...up until the last fifteen minutes, wherein the story just disintegrates.
This movie has no real, concrete resolution.
TRUST ME. YOU WILL LEAVE THE THEATER SCRATCHING YOUR HEAD AND ASKING YOURSELF "WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?"
AS AN AUDIENCE, YOU WILL WALK OUT MORE UNCONVINCED AND LESS SATISFIED. |
