As a 28yr old Iranian who lives in the U.S. now, I can say that it really hits the core. I have suffered the way she has and have lived through almost all of this movie. This movie is gaining popularity and I hope it gets to be seen by millions and millions. This movie shows how we lived in Iran under a dictatorship that killed our childhood and forced a black veil upon our livelihood. Definitely recommend this movie. Don't believe the bad reviews or the Jewish conspiracy theorists that post here. The Mulla regime has desperately tried to ban this movie. Wonderful for all ages and groups no matter where you come from. |
