Full of wise words... a beacon of indigenous truth

It's not easy trying to choose a letter grade for this one, since it doesn't fall into the categories that usually receive it. Bamako isn't acted, it isn't scripted and written, it's not really even visual or directed. It's simply one hell of a moment for the African nations, with amazingly eloquent speakers, revealing the effects of "adjustment" to the cultural civilization and assimilation on people... not JUST in Africa, where we as a species were born, but everywhere.
The way they spoke... of their people suffering... of the exploitation for debt payment... of the death of origin and truth... they are words to be heard. I am very glad to have heard them speak.
