Probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Far too many loose ends; odd scenes with no explanation. The acting was really below average. I think after Cage actually read the script, he probably realized that it was too late to back out of the role and forced himself to continue on half assedly. The movie guides you in one direction, but about 30 minutes into the movie you begin to wonder what is really going on. For a "scary" movie, it was really quite anti-climactic (sp?). You continually wonder when a scary scene might pop up, and actually answer a question or two, but it never happens. All in all, I was extremely disapointed, and angry that I spent a couple dollars to watch it. |
