Just came back from the Arclight in LA where Bobby is playing an exclusive engagement. Throughout the first two acts, I wondered where this story was going but when the climatic shooting occurred, the pieces fit together as each of these characters who became victims in this tragic shooting were linked through the stirring words of RFK. Some of the performances are very good (Stone, Moore, Hopkins), some OK (Lohan, Wood, Belafonte) but some were totally miscast (Jackson, Cannon, Kutcher). The visual montage of RFK over the end credits were so emotional that most of the audience stuck around till the very end. |
