I go to the movies and the film is "over the top". Silly and too much action. Then I go and a film and it's is slow, flat, in need of more action. Why can't anyone strike the perfect balance? The Lookout is a good movie, but it needed just a little more. Good characters and development, but I just wanted the pacing to pick up just a bit. It's a "thriller", but there weren't a lot of thrills. It's a simple story, put together well, but I just wanted more. |
