Global warming horror = zzzzzzzz

What a boring film. Why was this “the scariest movie this year”? What’s scary about a cliché global warming guy vs. corporate oil guy drama with an attack from the haunted caribou? It took a long time to get nowhere. I think the writer (who love’s Al Gores debatable film “an inconvenient truth) just wanted to see an oil guy attacked by nature which in this case was the ghost of the caribou or something. The cast was great and did their job well. Too bad there was no story for them to tell. Pass this one up in the video store for sure. |
