My kind of movie!

Gracie is Gone is a deep, thought-provoking movie. It is the kind of movie that stays with you long after the credits. I liked the reality of it. Grief affects us all in different ways, and John Cusack had his own way of handling the death of his wife. This was definitely one of his best movies. I totally felt grief along with him. The kids were wonderful, and although the older girl knew something was wrong, she chose to not share her feelings with her dad. Deep down inside, I think she knew he was hurting, but did not want to pry. The movie was just the right length and not overdone. The ending was quite fitting and beautiful! I highly receommend this movie to everyone. |
