My wife got tickets from work to see this movie during a sneak preview. I was a little concerned in the theater seeing the place packed with children. However, this movie really surprised me it was very entertaining throughout! I'm actually almost embarassed to admit it being a 27 year old male, but I did enjoy it. The music was fun and the whole concept was a great idea! Obviously the plot was very predictable, and if you're over 12 years old you'll probably guess the ending halfway through, but I actually found myself connected with the characters enough to actually hope for the ending I predicted! wow, this is an embarassing review. Anyways, the point is take your kids or your wife and you'll have a fun night at the movies and will leave not feeling jipped. Oh by the way, all those kids in the theater didn't make a sound... I can't remember the last movie that had that effect on kids! |
