I am surprised to see so few reviews for this film. So, I am weighing in.
This film is not overly sentimental nor is it abstract or 'arty'. It is straight foreward. It is also delightful. Stong simple story but with good depth outside the main characters as well. Great and simple writing (even in translation). Great performances, especially Bruno.
So, besides an enteraining evening, this also has the advantage of being meaningful.
Stop and smell the roses. Or.. try sociable, smiling, sincere :-) |
