....to this purely postmodern film, pure kitch, that has no saving graces. The interesting use of color is a plus, though it has no purpose nor does it add anything at all to what ever story it has. It is boring first and foremost despite Freeman's presence, especially since his acting in this film is his worst performance ever. I suspect the gentle critic's reviews are more a nod to Freeman's greatness than a realisit or honest view of this film. Dont bother...unless you want something to fall sleep too..... |
