A charming little movie about two disparate personalities, played by Morgan Freeman, an aging actor and Paz Vega, a young grocery checkout clerk. They both are at turning points in their careers/lives. They meet and help each other meet the challenge currently before each of them while becoming friends in the process.
Its a very simple 70 minute movie that could easily be very boring if Freeman wasn't redeeming every scene with his comic antics. Its not a bad movie but there is very little substance to it outside of the continuous character study of the to lead actors. |
