This was far better than sitting through the typical formulaic, intelligence-insulting action films. The ending was a surprise and it tied up loose ends. Most of these reviewers hadn't even seen the movie yet. Discussing the movie as it related to the surprise ending made it more enjoyable.
Some scenes were funny, like the Yakuza Mob Head's daughter asking for a salad. Cheeky.
I had low expectations about the movie and I was pleasantly surprised by the action scenes, story line, and character development. |
